The first night featured Bruce Springsteen, Kenny Chesney, Trombone
Shorty, Roseanne Cash, Brian Fallon and many others.
The second night focused on
the 1950's up to the present. Robert Santelli provided context between songs as
to the place a certain artist or song has in the history of American music.
Happily, throughout the night, many of the artists shared the stage with
each other making this very much a once in a lifetime event.
Little Steven's
Disciples of Soul, led by Marc Ribler, acted as house band for the artists,
playing seemlessly from one genre to another.
